Role Description
As a B2B Sales Specialist (German), you will be responsible for:
- Developing a deep understanding of the translation and localization industry
- Analyzing customer behavior to improve client relationships
- Managing email strategies and marketing campaigns
- Participating in online industry events and networking opportunities
- Effectively communicating our value proposition to potential clients
- Building and maintaining long-term B2B customer relationships
- Identifying new sales opportunities and generating leads
- Collaborating with management on client negotiations and contract agreements
- Maintaining CRM records and conducting market analysis to optimize sales strategies
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Fluent German skills (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in English for internal communication
- Experience living or working in Germany (a plus)
- Previous experience in the translation industry (advantageous but not required)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze data and implement strategic sales solutions
- A proactive, organized, and resilient mindset
- Quick adaptability and eagerness to learn
