Role Description

We are looking for a highly focused and results-driven B2B Cold Calling Exec with proven experience in the US financial services market. This is a pure outbound role — your day is built around making high-volume calls to decision-makers at banks, mortgage companies, insurance firms, debt collection agencies, and other financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 80–120+ outbound cold calls per day to prospective clients in the US financial services sector
• Identify and engage decision-makers at banks, mortgage companies, insurance firms, and debt collection agencies
• Deliver a compelling opening pitch and handle objections to generate qualified leads or set appointments
• Accurately log all call activity, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM
• Maintain and update prospect lists using lead generation tools
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
• Collaborate with the sales team to hand off warm leads and share market intelligence

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of experience in B2B outbound cold calling — this must be your primary role, not a side function of a broader sales job
• Demonstrated experience calling into the US market (banks, financial services, mortgage, insurance, or debt collection strongly preferred)
• Comfortable working in US time zones (EST/CST shift)
• Proven track record of high call volumes and measurable outcomes (leads generated, appointments set)
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional, and confident phone presence
• Strong objection handling and ability to hold engaging conversations with gatekeepers and C-level contacts
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and auto-dialers (JustCall, Aircall, Kixie, or similar)

Requirements

• Familiarity with US financial services terminology and decision-making structures
• Experience with prospecting tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Basic awareness of TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) regulations
