Role Description

This is an Associate Director role, self employed with a commission split, with an uncapped annual OTE of £100K+++ per annum.

• You bring in the work, the Resourcing Team will assist you in placing the vacancies.
• We provide LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, train tickets, coffees, business cards etc and provide you with a VOIP phone.
• You get to be a part of a tightknit team of Resourcing Professionals and you get to earn a % of whatever business you bring in; or assist in placing with our existing clients.

Qualifications

• Strong IT / CyberSecurity or Fintech recruitment knowledge is ideal.
• Currently in a Business Development position winning search assignments.
• Successful 360 recruiter who enjoys the selling part of the position.
• HR Consultant with existing clients but prefers a commission-split model.
• Strong IT, CyberSecurity or IT Sales background.
• Comfortable communicating with CIOs, CTOs, CEOs, MDs, or FDs.

• To identify and develop prospective new clients.
• To create and manage long-term relationships with key Senior stakeholders.
• To ensure preferred supplier status with clients.

• To achieve or exceed personal and commercial targets.
• To build a detailed understanding of services and capabilities.

• To maintain a detailed sales pipeline on our CRM.
• To utilize information for competitive commercial advantage.
