Role Description

This person will be responsible for serving as the key point of contact for a portfolio of UK Advantage clients. This role will be responsible for leading the client relationship, ensuring client satisfaction as well as managing client deliverables, account strategy, and execution. This person will delegate operational tasks to supporting team members while ensuring accountability is clear and deadlines are met.

    • Leads team and is accountable for timeliness and quality of deliverables.

  • Account Strategy & Execution:
    • Manages successful client programs by developing effective strategies and efficient tactical plans for achieving client’s goals and objectives.
    • Able to manage tightly to client scope and escalate any related issues accordingly.
    • Consistently demonstrates intellectual curiosity; exploring ways to discover and recruit new partners.
  • Portfolio Management:
    • Manages multiple campaigns, at 85% full ownership, with solid organizational skills.
    • Ability to focus on and prioritize tasks based on client objectives and scope.
    • Maintains ability to identify new opportunities to drive client success while identifying possible goal misalignments.
    • Gets to the root of an issue and brings solutions to resolve.
  • Innovation & Efficiency:
    • Able to think big picture and outside the box to find ways to discover and recruit new partners.
    • Thinks critically about how to increase value for clients.
    • Pays attention to industry trends, particularly as it pertains to new partners and recruitment tactics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience required.
  • Direct affiliate marketing experience (in-house, agency, network) required.
  • Knowledge of Affiliate Networks or SaaS platforms (ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, etc.) required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • UK Market Knowledge.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, customizing reports, a plus.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, a plus.
  • Previous experience managing and motivating direct reports, a plus.
