Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Remote Appointment Setter to schedule phone and virtual appointments for our estate planning team. If you have a proven track record in outbound appointment setting and want remote work with solid earning potential and flexibility, this could be a strong fit.

• Make outbound calls to warm, pre‑qualified leads interested in estate planning
• Use proven scripts to set qualified appointments for our sales professionals
• Build rapport quickly and create a positive first impression
• Ask good qualifying questions and confirm key details before scheduling
• Handle basic objections and keep conversations professional and on track
• Document call outcomes accurately in our system and follow up when needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outbound appointment‑setting or inside sales experience
• Clear, professional phone presence and strong communication skills
• Comfortable working with goals, metrics, and call volume expectations
• Ability to follow a script while sounding natural and conversational
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet, distraction‑free home office
• Strong self‑management, accountability, and consistency in a remote setting
