Role Description

This role involves identifying companies that are hiring and booking introductory calls with decision makers.

• Identify companies currently hiring
• Find hiring managers or HR leaders
• Send outreach messages via email and LinkedIn
• Follow up with prospects
• Book qualified meetings on our calendar

What Counts as a Qualified Meeting

• Meeting is with a decision maker (owner, HR leader, or hiring manager)
• Company is currently hiring or expects to hire soon
• Prospect attends at least 10 minutes of the scheduled call

Compensation

• $50 per qualified meeting
• 5% commission on the first successful placement from that client
• Typical placement fees range from $20,000–$30,000 so commissions can be significant

This is a performance-based role with strong upside for someone who is organized and persistent.

Qualifications

• Strong written English
• Experience with B2B outreach or lead generation preferred
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and online research
• Reliable internet connection
