Role Description

As an Acquisition Account Executive at UiPath, you’ll target top-tier Global 2000 companies that are not yet customers of UiPath, focusing on industries such as manufacturing, energy, utilities, retail, high-tech, and travel & hospitality.

  • Work at the C-suite level and collaborate with key decision-makers in Digital Transformation.
  • Introduce clients to best-in-class automation solutions.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and innovate businesses for the future.
  • Lead Enterprise Sales by targeting and winning new logo accounts.
  • Develop and execute a data-driven sales strategy.
  • Consistently hit and exceed sales targets, managing the full sales cycle.
  • Evangelize the UiPath brand and showcase the transformative power of AI-driven automation.
  • Cultivate long-term, trusted relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends and proactively identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Regional Systems Integrators (RSIs) and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs).
  • Leverage specialist sales resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with a dedicated Business Development Representative (BDR) to support prospecting efforts.
  • Identify creative ways to integrate automation into clients’ daily operations.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of proven experience in a solution/value selling environment.
  • At least 3 years focused on the Enterprise space.
  • Demonstrated track record of selling into large, complex accounts across multiple industries.
  • Strong experience consistently winning new business and acquiring new logos.
  • Proven success in exceeding quotas year-over-year.
  • Ability to communicate complex automation solutions compellingly.
  • Excellent at collaborating across teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Ability to research, plan, and execute targeted account strategies.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree, but not required.
  • Strong understanding of the value of automation.

  • Experience in large, global organizations.
  • History of growing and managing a high-value enterprise portfolio.
  • Ability to drive excitement and desire for automation solutions.
