[Hiring] Account Manager (Reddit Organic Marketing) @Outpost

Role Description

This role sits at the intersection of three things: client management, Reddit expertise and SEO/AEO knowledge. You need all three. You'll own the customer relationship end to end, from brand setup and strategy through weekly reporting and optimization. You're the person our customers trust and the reason they stay.

• Define content strategy per client: topics, subreddits, angle, voice
• Own the full customer relationship: onboarding, weekly reporting, optimization
• Review SERP and AI visibility data and turn it into actionable next steps
• Create the playbook our content team executes against: brand voice, talking points, engagement rules

Qualifications

• Deep Reddit knowledge: understanding of community dynamics, traction, and moderation
• Working knowledge of SEO and AEO (AI Engine Optimization)
• Proven B2B account management experience, ideally in an agency setting
• Based in North America
