Role Description

The Account Manager is integral in making sure that our clients are satisfied, meeting their expected revenue goals and continue to spend their advertising dollars with Prodege. Giving exceptional customer service is vital in making sure that our clients' needs are being met on a daily basis. The Account Manager role typically manages a larger book of client business and/or more enterprise accounts versus the Associate Account Manager.

  • Work alongside and in partnership with Sales Directors and Account Managers/Sr. Account Managers to provide clients best in class service.
  • Maintain strong relationships with current clients, provide client support, renew and grow the account base.
  • Continuously assess the needs and preferences of clients, staying informed about industry trends and proactively offering solutions that align with the clients' objectives.
  • Review data provided by Prodege’s merchants for accuracy and conformity to requested specifications.
  • Manage, create and activate campaigns from inception to live environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience at interactive agency or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated record of success in account management with proven ability to renew and grow existing accounts.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and possess strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and sell strategically.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Works well independently and in a team environment.
  • Must have superior prioritization and multitasking skills.

Requirements

  • Travel: Sales employees may be required to travel up to 50%. All other employees may be required to travel up to 10% unless otherwise specified.
  • Able to execute interactive marketing strategies.
