Role Description

Our Account Manager will be an integral part of our AWS Sales team in EMEA. This role is based fully remotely in Israel (no offices).

The role of DoiT’s Account Management team is to:

  • Nurture relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify valuable ways to engage further with customers.
  • Provide a trusted point of contact for the cloud vendor teams regarding accounts’ growth opportunities.
  • Retain 100% of DoiT’s existing customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our business, cloud management platform, support, and services.
  • Maintain knowledge, context, and ownership of the customers you are responsible for.
  • Manage customer-related support escalations to resolution, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close long-term commitments with key stakeholders.
  • Identify new workload opportunities within Customer’s Cloud Environment/SaaS solutions.
  • Establish a regular cadence with the complete portfolio of your customers.
  • Help aggregate customer feedback to ensure our products & solutions align with customer needs.
  • Provide customer feedback to engineering teams to prioritize deliverables.
  • Deliver regular quarterly reviews with customers, tracking project timelines and feedback.
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities within the Customer Cloud environment.
  • Work with Cloud Vendors Sales Rep on mutual customers.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an Account Management/Customer Success/Customer Engineering role.
  • 3+ years experience at a technology company.
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, or other major public clouds.
  • Experience in the FinOps ecosystem.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills in Hebrew & English.
  • Strong technical skills to engage productively with technical teams.
  • Great operational/administration skills, analytical, detail-oriented.
  • A desire to grow within the organization and broaden your skill sets.
  • A great sense of humor and enjoys having fun at work.
