Role Description

As an Account Manager at Hudson Talent Solutions, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. In this position, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet our clients' unique needs.

  • Maintaining regular communication with assigned clients to understand their evolving requirements and provide proactive support
  • Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and retention
  • Identifying new business opportunities within your client accounts and collaborating with the sales team to secure new contracts
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a seamless service experience
  • Gathering and analyzing client feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform the development of enhanced service offerings
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with the recruitment, operations, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional results for your clients
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to your clients
