Role Description

This role involves managing client interactions and ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Identifying and understanding the Client’s issue and needs to escalate them to the appropriate team.
Answering all inbound phone calls, e-mails, and chats with a positive attitude.
Responsible for identifying and escalating each Client issue within the prescribed timeframe.
Clarifying the Client’s issue and tracking it appropriately within in-house systems.
Simplifying Client issues and providing feedback to team leaders to improve client service and processes.

Qualifications

2 years of Mortgage Customer Service experience or service industry experience.
Successful track record with Customer Service.
Strong ability to remain calm and positive in stressful situations.
Resourceful when problem-solving and able to think outside of the box while following established processes.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and quickly solve problems that arise.
Know when to escalate an issue and to the appropriate team; strong judgment skills.
Ability to simplify and include all details for appropriate feedback.
Proficient with the entire Microsoft Suite; LOS experience preferred.

Requirements
