Role Description
As an Account Manager, your job is not to generate revenue. It is to ensure our customers understand and realise the value of our product for their business. Revenue is a consequence of doing this.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure they realise the value of Cryptio’s product offering
- Secure account renewals through effective communication, demonstrating value proposition, and addressing customer needs
- Proactively identify opportunities to remove friction and bring value to assigned accounts by introducing them to new features and functionalities of the product
Qualifications
- Passionate about crypto
- 1-3 years of Account Management experience in Enterprise SaaS/Infra/Crypto
- Proven track record in discovery, negotiation, objection handling, and market best practices
- High aptitude, high energy, high integrity
- HubSpot/Salesforce-based sales-ops experience bonus
