Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Account Management Specialist to work within our LCA Account Management team focused on the Nordic market and large global customers.
You will lead our efforts to retain and grow our existing customer base, focused on mid-tier and large customers, playing a key role in driving our Gross and Net Revenue retention:
- Build strong, trusted relationships with our customers as the basis for revenue expansion and retention
- Own and manage our renewals to maximize this compelling event
- Identify, nurture and close expansion opportunities, utilizing our impactful array of products for cross-selling
- Use data to proactively identify customers at risk of churn and work across teams to find solutions to retain them
- Work closely with colleagues in the Nordics market team to act on industry opportunities, attend events, and support marketing campaigns
- Proactively segment and sort accounts to ensure effective targeting
- Drive improvements in customer retention and growth
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS, working in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience in identifying, nurturing and closing €15,000+ revenue expansion opportunities
- Fluent in English; Swedish/Norwegian/Finnish are seen as a big plus
- Experience in LCA, building sustainability or embodied carbon-related fields is beneficial but not essential
Requirements
- Data driven; ability to use data to identify insights and develop action plans
- Proactive and creative in customer engagement
- Comfortable communicating with customers via phone
- Collaborative; able to engage sales, product, CS or others to maximize success
- Metrics-driven; thrives on challenging individual and team targets
