Role Description

We’re looking for a driven and commercially-minded Field Sales Account Executive to join our fast-growing sales team. You’ll play a crucial role in expanding Flipdish’s presence in your territory, acting as the face of our brand and a trusted advisor to prospective clients. This is a hands-on, consultative role that combines pipeline ownership with in-person relationship building.

  • Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and initial outreach through to proposal, negotiation and close.
  • Nurture a pipeline of high-quality leads, ensuring consistent activity across calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Run compelling face-to-face meetings with potential clients, adapting your pitch based on their business size, needs and goals.
  • Listen, diagnose, advise – uncover pain points and build consultative business cases.
  • Navigate complex deals by engaging with multiple stakeholders, overcoming objections, and finding the right commercial structure.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Customer Success.
  • Track your performance through our CRM, maintaining clean and accurate data.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in a sales or business development role, ideally in a field sales or territory management capacity.
  • Proven success managing your own pipeline and consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
  • A confident and articulate communicator, with the ability to quickly build rapport and credibility.
  • Comfortable with consultative selling – able to ask the right questions and link product features to business outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and organised – able to plan your territory, schedule meetings, and follow up diligently.
  • Commercially savvy – able to build strong business cases and confidently discuss pricing, ROI, and contract terms.
  • Tech-curious – interested in how technology can improve real-world problems.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) to track sales activity and report on pipeline progress.
