Role Description
Your Role involves:
- Aggressively building your own sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and closing business
- Executing high value sales cycles in a well-defined sales process and methodology
- Targeting key accounts and prospects, understanding their complex organizations, and working with key stakeholders to win
- Collaborating with internal resources from sales engineers, finance, marketing, and product while quarterbacking successful sales plans
- Tracking pipeline and sales activity in Salesforce.com including accurate forecasts
- Teaming up with business development reps and marketing to develop territory and enhance pipeline
Qualifications
- Proven experience closing complex sales processes in B2B SaaS
- Track record for success leading in a "team selling" environment
- 5+ years selling technology solutions
- Demonstrated history of being a star performer
- Comfort and poise selling at the executive level
- Experience and enthusiasm for hunting for new customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand technical solutions and make them easy to understand
- Experience selling into eCommerce business is preferred
- BS, BA degree or equivalent
