Role Description

This Account Executive will be at the core of our white label business. You’re a consultative partner to your customers. You’ll manage and retain our clients and be a trusted advisor to help them maximize their success with Manufactured.

  • Drive win/win/win outcomes: Our customers win, our vendors win, and Manufactured wins.
  • Own the P&L for your vertical and earn an incentive compensation plan that aligns your clients' success with your own earning potential.
  • Drive customers through the entire revenue cycle, from close to renewal, to upsell.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers in your vertical, proactively addressing needs and surfacing opportunities.
  • Be a student of your customer’s business and stay current on the industry.
  • Help develop new products and offerings by sharing customer insights with product and development teams.
  • Work with channels, partners, and external agencies to develop solutions that drive success in customers' business.
  • Directly affect your customers' success, and Manufactured’s revenues and reputation.

Qualifications

  • 4-12 years of experience in Branded / Corporate Gifting / Merch / Promo items and/or Private Label product sales.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience specific to white label corporate orders.
  • Understanding of the economics of the industry and its particular nuances.
  • Ability to build relationships and long-term successful business partnerships.
  • Comfortable generating leads using email, cold outreach, trade shows, and networking.
  • Proactive and friendly customer relationship management skills.
  • Analytical and creative mindset with an entrepreneurial background.
  • Track record of hitting goals and setting aggressive but achievable targets.
  • Passion for process, details, action, and results.

Requirements

  • Sales Target: Total Sales Goal through December 2024: $3.5 million.
  • Q2 Sales Target: $500k.
  • Q3 Sales Target: $1.2 million.
  • Q4 Sales Target: $1.8 million.
  • Minimum 25% gross margin.
  • Compensation: 3% commission—50% when the deposit is paid, 50% when the balance is paid.
