The Department of Revenue is recruiting for two limited duration Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRA3) positions expected to end on December 31, 2025. We are seeking experienced Human Resources professionals to provide guidance on the application of Human Resources laws, policies, and the collective bargaining agreement. These roles focus on fostering leadership growth, resolving grievances, and collaborating on innovative Human Resources strategies that enhance organizational success. These positions combine technical expertise, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills, offering a mix of independent work and team collaboration. Limited duration appointments are benefits-eligible and have a designated maximum length of service. These positions have the potential to become permanent. Consult and collaborate with agency employees, union stewards and representatives, managers and supervisors, and other relevant parties to explore and solve difficult workforce issues with broad potential impact. Advise managers about the interpretation and application of federal and state personnel laws, rules, policies and procedures, the collection bargaining agreement, and best practices. Investigate and gather information for response to grievances and complaints alleging discrimination, harassment, or failure to make accommodations, and prepare written reports of findings. Demonstrated awareness of racial and social justice, including the ability to positively influence equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
