Role Description
We are looking for a
Senior Research Consultant (m/f/d)
with a strong quantitative market research background to join our newly dedicated B2B research team in the DACH region. This specialized unit focuses on research projects that specifically survey B2B target groups, professional decision-makers, and niche business audiences.

End-to-End B2B Project Lead:
Manage quantitative research projects end-to-end, including B2B screening design, questionnaire drafting, platform setup, fieldwork monitoring, and data delivery.

Methodology & Study Design:
Optimise bespoke study designs across core use cases (e.g., Target Group Analysis, U&A, Pricing studies, Concept Testing) mainly tailored to hard-to-reach professional audiences.

Senior Client Sparring & Advisory:
Act as a trusted partner for fast-paced consultancy and corporate clients, advising on sample feasibility, survey logic, and optimal research approaches under tight deadlines.

Commercial & Scoping Collaboration:
Partner closely with Sales and Account Management on project scoping, feasibility checks, and methodology definition for complex project requests.

Process & Quality Enhancement:
Contribute to standardizing B2B screening protocols, sampling frameworks, and best practices to coach other researchers and safeguard delivery speed and research quality across the team.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in quantitative market research with a distinct focus on surveying B2B target groups and professional decision-makers (agency or consulting background required).

Hands-on experience designing studies, writing questionnaires, and executing quantitative projects across core B2B use cases (e.g., U&A, Pricing studies, Concept Testing, Target Group Analysis).

Proven experience creating executive-ready reports and presenting complex data through clear, compelling storytelling to senior client-side stakeholders.

Strategic, commercially minded approach with the self-confidence to guide clients and defend research decisions under pressure.

Ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects, prioritize effectively, and stay calm under tight deadlines.

Proficient in German (C2 level required) and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
