Role Description

We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced Research & Insights Experts with strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, presentation reconstruction, data visualisation, visual storytelling, content editing, and research communication to contribute to an advanced AI training and presentation-evaluation project.

Selected professionals will reconstruct and enhance executive-level research presentations, improve analytical clarity and visual communication, preserve methodological accuracy and research context, and document the reasoning behind design and messaging decisions. No prior experience in AI is required.

Key Responsibilities

• PowerPoint Slide Reconstruction
  • Reconstruct research and insights slides from reference images using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Accurately reproduce text, charts, layouts, exhibits, and supporting visual elements
  • Maintain professional formatting, alignment, hierarchy, and visual consistency
  • Preserve research definitions, assumptions, caveats, and methodological context
  • Ensure reconstructed slides remain faithful to the original source material
• Research & Insights Content
  • Review materials such as research readouts, survey results, segmentation analyses, and competitive landscapes
  • Apply research expertise to assess analytical content for clarity and accuracy
  • Preserve methodological choices, definitions, and relevant research context
  • Edit content for precision while maintaining the original analytical intent
  • Identify issues that could affect interpretation or stakeholder decision-making
• Presentation Design & Data Visualisation
  • Improve slide clarity, visual hierarchy, narrative flow, and overall presentation quality
  • Strengthen data visualisation and visual storytelling for executive or client-facing audiences
  • Apply evidence-supported titling and effective message hierarchy
  • Refine charts, exhibits, layouts, typography, and information structure where appropriate
  • Ensure visual improvements accurately represent underlying research findings
• Design Review & Decision Rationale
  • Evaluate which presentation elements should be improved, retained, or refined
  • Produce detailed written logs explaining significant modifications
  • Document intentional decisions to preserve strong original content or design choices
  • Explain methodological, messaging, and exhibit-selection decisions clearly
  • Apply critical judgement when assessing alternative presentation approaches
• Quality, Delivery & AI Evaluation
  • Review completed slides for accuracy, consistency, and professional presentation quality
  • Apply strong attention to detail across research content, data, design, and written communication
  • Complete individual slide assignments within approximately 1–2 hours
  • Participate in flexible, sprint-driven project cycles as required
  • Contribute research and presentation expertise to AI training and evaluation workflows

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, analytics, quantitative research, or a related field
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
• Proven experience building or refining executive-level or client-facing presentations
• Strong slide-reconstruction, presentation-design, and data-visualisation skills
• Experience communicating survey, segmentation, competitive, or analytical findings
• Strong visual storytelling, content-editing, and message-hierarchy skills
• Exceptional critical-thinking ability and attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to explain methodological choices and defend design or messaging decisions
• Strong understanding of research accuracy, definitions, assumptions, and caveats
• Industry practitioners and consultants with relevant domain expertise are encouraged to apply; consulting-firm experience is not required
• Experience with AI training, evaluation, or rubric development is advantageous but not required

Engagement Details

• Independent contractor engagement
• Fully remote
• Compensation: $150–$350/hour
• Individual slide assignments are expected to take approximately 1–2 hours
• Work will involve PowerPoint slide reconstruction, research-content review, data visualisation, presentation design, content editing, and visual storytelling
• Assignments may include research readouts, survey findings, segmentation analyses, competitive landscapes, and related executive-level materials
• Work may be organised through flexible, sprint-driven project cycles
• Strong analytical judgement, factual accuracy, and presentation quality are central to this engagement
• Project scope, workload, research topics, and evaluation standards may evolve depending on project requirements
