Role Description
As a Principal Survey Consultant on Numerator’s Research team, you’ll play a critical role in the successful project management, client management, and delivery of insights for our most advanced and strategic engagements (e.g. segmentations, trackers).
This role involves:

Leading and providing senior-level guidance and executive-level consulting to the client and project team.

Accountable for overall project outcomes, including final ownership of output quality and delivery of strategic activation workshops.

Hands-on project responsibilities, including:

Leading key client calls and directing client communications.
-
Driving direction and strategy of questionnaire.
-
Leading deliverable creation process / story / design.
-
Driving project management with client and internally.
-
Giving final presentation and leading any workshops.
-
Delegating work to the appropriate level within the project team.
-
Understanding client’s strategic business and research needs to ensure project success.

Demonstrating and providing consultation on research design and delivery best practices.

Collaborating with clients and methodology experts/statisticians to enable project success.

Maintaining knowledge of Numerator’s Insights panel data and platform functionality.
Qualifications

12+ years of quantitative research experience.

Hands-on experience designing and leading advanced quantitative studies (e.g., segmentation, modeling, large-scale surveys).

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Experience with CPG or Retail clients and leading strategic research from the vendor side.

Commercial acumen and an ability to work with clients of all levels of seniority.

Capable of overseeing multiple projects at any given time.

Ability to think strategically about client business issues.

Analytical and strategic mindset with a penchant for strong data visualization.

Demonstrated AI fluency or strong willingness to build AI fluency.

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Knowledge of panel data and the ability to combine multiple data sources into seamless results.

Benefits

The salary range for this role is $117,000 - $160,600/year + Bonus.
