[Hiring] Evidence & Research Lead @Royal Osteoporosis Society

Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our research and evidence programme, ensuring it is delivered to high professional and governance standards. You’ll oversee our research grants programme, identify evidence gaps and emerging research, build strong external partnerships, and help ensure high-quality evidence informs our influencing, services, fundraising, communications and wider organisational strategy.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience of research funding, grants management, expert review or research governance.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret research data, statistics and complex evidence confidently.
• Ability to think strategically and identify evidence gaps.
• Strong relationship-building skills with researchers, academic institutions, funders and other external partners.

Requirements

• Fully remote working option available.
• Hybrid working option from the central Bath office for local candidates (at least 20% of your time each month).

Benefits

• Up to £34,680.00 per annum (£43,350 FTE) plus benefits.
