Role Description

The Testing Lead (QA Lead) is responsible for defining, implementing, and governing the quality assurance strategy across systems, applications, and integrations. This role leads all testing efforts, including:

• Functional testing
• Integration testing
• Data validation
• Automation testing
• User acceptance testing (UAT)

Ensuring high-quality software delivery aligned with business requirements, the Testing Lead partners closely with:

• Business stakeholders
• Engineering teams
• External vendors

This position also plays a key leadership role in:

• Test planning
• Execution
• Reporting
• The adoption of modern QA methodologies, including automation and continuous testing

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance and testing methodologies
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in a QA Lead role
• Familiarity with automation tools and continuous testing practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
