Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, demonstrating a track record of success in test strategy, planning, execution, and maintenance.
• At least 3 years of experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete, QTP/UFT).
• Proven leadership in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines.
• Advanced proficiency in programming languages relevant to test automation (such as Python, Java, C#).
• Deep knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Proficient in defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Exceptional collaborative skills.
• Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented.
