Role Description
This role requires supporting products by developing automated test suites to ensure our software meets the highest quality standards. This is a high-growth opportunity to join us at a pivotal stage, conceptualizing and building our test automation suite from the ground up alongside our software engineering team.
- Assist with all test automation activities and collaborate with multiple teams.
- Design and creation of automated test suites across various services and applications.
- Be the first line of support for bugs reported from customer channels, including investigations, writing bug tickets, and verifying resolution.
- Perform functionality testing on the Rad AI product, including verifying feature implementations and testing new releases (writing bug tickets).
- Collaborate to ensure project deadlines were met effectively and consistently.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of general software programming experience with TypeScript and Python, including regular use of major scripting languages.
- Comfortable writing Unit Tests.
- API testing experience (C#, ASP.NET Core Minimal API, FastAPI, GraphQL, Postman).
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools (Github Actions, Circle CI).
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Requirements
- Experience with Object-oriented programming languages (C#, Java, etc.) is an additional consideration.
Nice to Haves
- Experience working with AWS and/or Google Cloud.
- Healthcare/Medical industry experience, ideally in a startup environment.
- Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or other automation frameworks.
