Key Responsibilities

• Take Ownership of Quality—Identify issues and lead their resolution, uphold quality standards, educate engineers on best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with Playwright or other test automation frameworks such as TestCafe, Cypress, webdriver.io, or similar.
• Experience in C#, Typescript, or any other object-oriented programming languages is a plus.
• Preferred experience in API, contract, and integration testing.
• Problem solver passionate about testing and coaching others.
• Ability to coach others in creating test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases.
• Experience in incident analysis to prevent future recurrences.
• Used data to identify product and process improvement priorities.
• Owned and led initiatives for QA tooling and process improvements using AI.
• Coached junior QEs.
• Strong communication skills for international, multi-locational team dynamics.
• Familiarity with the full software development life cycle and quality engineering best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
