Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for web applications and browser extensions.
• Perform accessibility testing against WCAG, Section 508 and EN 301 549 requirements.
• Conduct manual accessibility testing, including keyboard navigation and screen reader testing.
• Use accessibility testing tools such as axe, Accessibility Insights, Lighthouse or similar.
• Conduct or contribute to VPAT assessments and preparation of Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACR).
• Document accessibility findings and work with development teams on remediation.
• Support accessibility regression testing and integration of accessibility checks into regular QA processes.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in QA Automation / SDET.
• Practical experience with accessibility testing.
• Experience performing or actively participating in VPAT/ACR assessments.
• Good knowledge of WCAG and accessibility testing practices.
• Experience with automated and manual accessibility testing.

Requirements

• Experience with Section 508 and/or EN 301 549.
• Previous QA Lead / Test Lead experience.
• Ability to coordinate testing activities and work across multiple product teams.
