Role Description

This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our software through rigorous testing and collaboration.

Continuously tighten the feedback loop by writing reliable integration and end-to-end tests—focusing on high-value coverage and quick test execution.
Make data-driven decisions by writing and running complex SQL queries to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across our systems.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent quality across new features, integrations, and product updates.
Experiment with different tools and approaches, including iOS automation with XCUITest and performance testing.
Use AI tools like ChatGPT to automate repetitive tasks and focus on high-value testing and innovation.

Qualifications

5+ years of software testing experience with a strong grasp of QA best practices and methodologies in an agile-scrum environment.
Extensive test automation skills, including integration and end-to-end (e2e) testing for web and mobile.
SQL expertise, from writing complex queries to optimizing performance and validating end-to-end data transformations (ETL).
System design know-how for test frameworks—understanding how to scale test coverage, speed up suites, and create maintainable testing infrastructures.
Collaborative spirit with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.

Requirements

Familiarity with Node.js, React, Redshift, BigQuery or other data warehousing solutions.
Experience with observability systems (we use Datadog extensively for our o11y stack).
