Role Description

The Customer Success Manager is critical in ensuring customers realize maximum value from our solution and ultimately reducing churn.

  • Build, manage, and nurture long-term strategic relationships with customers.
  • Manage the implementation & execution of customer contracts.
  • Drive strong product adoption and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Accountable for assigned customer accounts across SMB, Commercial & Major segments.
  • Establish a cadence with each customer and track/report on wins, escalations, and feature requests.
  • Become a trusted advisor by deeply understanding customer objectives.
  • Help customers define, measure, and demonstrate value (ROI).
  • Drive alignment with Renewals & Expansion and Sales teams.
  • Define and optimize the customer journey and standardize Customer Success Plan templates.
  • Provide superior service and support to ensure customer success and renewals.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed to exceed customer expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and growth in accounts.
  • Inspire clients to think strategically about how our platform can support their business needs.
  • Develop relationships to collect success stories, referrals, and customer speaking engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Finance.

Qualifications

  • Ability to create, influence, and drive strategic action plans internally and externally.
  • Strong collaborator with extensive experience in customer relationship building & stakeholder management.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving customers’ and business targets.
  • Proactive with project management skills to achieve milestones.
  • Positive attitude with a professional approach.
  • Proven experience in customer success, customer experience, or contact center operations.
  • University degree or relevant work experience in Customer Success or SaaS roles.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and customer-facing).

Requirements

  • Safe, comfortable, and ergonomic workspace for remote work.
  • Reliable internet connection capable of participating in video calls.
  • Must be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada with a valid Canadian work permit.
