Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset and cross‑functional fluency.
• Hands‑on experience validating requirements, triaging defects, driving root cause analysis, and partnering with product and engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Experience within SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or payments platforms.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Comfortable working across APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Experience using quality metrics, dashboards, and automation or data analysis tools to communicate risk, insight, and impact with clarity.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3–7+ years) in a Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, or Product Analyst role within a software product organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
