Role Description

The Quality Read Across and Knowledge Management Leader, you will architect an enterprise learning system that systematically converts individual investigations into widespread prevention across GE Vernova. A core focus of this role is scaling our Read Across process—driving the rapid identification of systemic issues, cross-business deployment of lessons learned, and enterprise-wide visibility into repeat-risk exposure and corrective-action adoption to ensure proactive risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 6 years of professional experience

Requirements

• Business Process Management Systems (e.g. Quality Management Systems, Integrated Management Systems)
• Develop, implement, and monitor overall process mapping for quality improvement purposes
• Standardization of processes, tools, and performance management system
• Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise within their discipline
• May require strong commercial awareness and is expected to influence the development of strategy within own area
• May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
• Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' opinions on particular topics
• Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness of objectives
• Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems that impact the function
• Able to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders
• Offers new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and constructs recommendations
