Role Description

We are seeking a Quality Engineer with 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, test automation, and data-focused testing. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) ecosystem, along with hands-on experience in data validation, ETL testing, Java-based automation, and CI/CD integration.

In this role, you will:

• Validate complex customer and marketing data flows.
• Build scalable automation solutions.
• Ensure data quality and end-to-end reliability across digital marketing and data platforms.

Your role includes:

• Gathering and analyzing business, technical, and data requirements to define an effective testing approach and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Developing test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases covering functional, integration, regression, and data validation requirements.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based test automation solutions for integration, regression, and data validation testing.
• Validating end-to-end customer data flows across the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem.
• Automating and validating large-volume data ingestion, including CSV-based data feeds and data movement through Amazon S3.
• Performing ETL, data validation, and reconciliation testing.
• Executing manual and automated testing across multiple environments, identifying defects and data-quality issues, and driving them through resolution.
• Integrating and maintaining automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines.
• Partnering with development, business, data, and client stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure quality objectives are achieved.
• Preparing and maintaining test documentation, execution results, defect status, quality metrics, and testing reports.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, software testing, test automation, and data validation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and related technologies.
• Experience working with the broader Adobe ecosystem.
• Strong programming experience in Java.
• Strong experience in ETL testing, data validation, data reconciliation, and end-to-end data quality assurance.
• Experience testing and automating high-volume data ingestion processes.
• Experience validating data across platforms such as Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience integrating automation test suites with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
