Are you an experienced quality assurance professional who instinctively spots gaps in QA reasoning and understands the complex realities of quality management? 10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for skilled Quality Assurance Leads or specialists based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered quality systems.

What You Will Do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to quality controls, process validation, risk assessment, and compliance
• Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements
• Draft realistic QA scenarios based on your direct professional experience
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. quality managers, auditors, operations leads)
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated QA content

In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true QA reasoning, best industry practices, and operational procedures. Rather than conducting traditional QA work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about quality assurance processes at scale.

Qualifications

• An experienced quality assurance lead or specialist with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
• Experienced in managing, validating, or improving quality processes and compliance
• Skilled at evaluating technical documents, workflows, and standards alignment
• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
