Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Representative to join a collaborative team supporting a US-based operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly attentive to detail, communicates well, learns quickly, and is interested in developing their career within Quality Assurance.

• Previous QA experience is preferred but not essential.
• The right attitude, work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly are equally important.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
• Extensive knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with performance metrics and reporting.
• Comfortable working U.S. hours.
