Role Description
This role involves ensuring the quality of software features and updates through comprehensive testing and collaboration with product teams.
- Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and procedures to ensure new features and updates meet high-quality standards before deployment.
- Proactively identify, document, and prioritize bugs found in the system.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to communicate severity and support efficient resolutions.
- Partner with product teams to understand feature requirements and provide feedback during design phases.
- Perform regression testing with every release cycle and provide feedback for quality improvements.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of the React framework.
- 2+ years of experience in Manual QA with a strong interest in the field.
- Experience with the Playwright framework (non-negotiable).
- Log analysis skills using Sentry or a similar tool (non-negotiable).
- Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and switch context easily.
- Availability in any U.S. time zone or within +1-2 hours.
- English level: B2 or higher.
