Role Description
Embark on a pivotal journey to the forefront of Quality Assurance with 3Pillar Global! As a Technical Lead in QA Engineering, you will be in charge of our team, making sure our projects are of the highest quality and reliability. Your role is key in improving city living, creating new ways for companies to use media, and making healthcare better.

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation test frameworks for mobile applications.
- Provide technical leadership to the team and ensure the adoption of best practices in automation testing.
- Define and maintain the overall automation strategy, with a focus on mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
- Mentor and guide junior automation engineers and help them grow their skills in mobile automation and Eggplant tools.
- Ensure automation tests cover all functional, non-functional, regression, and performance aspects of the mobile applications.
- Design and implement efficient mobile test automation frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test automation execution and test environment.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts using Eggplant Functional and Eggplant Performance tools.
- Integrate Eggplant automation scripts with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s or advanced degree preferred. Equivalent practical experience considered.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in the IT field, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of testing strategies, methodologies, and automation in complex software development environments.
- 6+ years of leadership experience in Automation QA roles, with a proven track record of managing high-performing QA teams and leading large-scale testing initiatives.
- Expertise in QA automation frameworks and tools (e.g. Appium, EggPlant), with a strong command of programming languages relevant to automation (Python, Java, C#).
- Advanced project management skills, with a history of successfully managing projects from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management and collaboration, with the ability to influence decisions and drive QA strategies across functions within 3Pillar and with external partners.
- Solid experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and DevOps methodologies, enhancing QA processes and productivity.
- Strong business acumen, with an understanding of industry trends, standards, and the competitive landscape, leveraging this insight to inform strategic QA decisions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a systematic approach to tackling complex issues and the initiative to continuously enhance technical and leadership skills.
- Highly developed communication skills, proficient in engaging with senior management, stakeholders, and external partners to advocate for quality assurance excellence and influence strategic directions.
