Role Description

We are looking for an experienced HCM Functional Tester with strong knowledge of Oracle EBS HCM modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in functional testing and a solid understanding of end-to-end business process flows across multiple HCM modules.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Oracle EBS HCM / Oracle HRMS.
• Good understanding of end-to-end process flow in at least 3 of the following modules:
• Core HR
• Payroll
• Absence Management
• Learning
• Talent Management
• Compensation & Benefits
• Hands-on experience in functional testing / QA.
• Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
