[Hiring] Commercial Quality Assurance / Technical Analyst @GEICO

Role Description

Under limited supervision, DEVELOPS quality assurance criteria in conjunction with stakeholders, that supports claims process.

• REVIEWS and MONITORS quality assurance reviews across all commercial/business auto lines to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality standards.
• CONDUCTS complex analyses of processes, documentation, and controls.
• SUPPORTS state requested regulatory quality reviews.
• Works in a solution-oriented manner to identify and support effective resolutions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to, with or without accommodation, perform the essential functions which include, but are not limited to seeing, hearing, typing and speaking.
• Must attain and maintain the required licenses issued by state insurance departments.
• Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information.
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial auto claims experience with current or recent supervisor or auditing experience.
• Exposure across multiple claim types preferred (cargo, hazardous material, casualty claims).
