Role Description
Buscamos profissional com experiência em gestão de projetos de telecom, com foco em implantações B2B e operação (delivery).
- Gerenciar implantações de clientes B2B (ponta a ponta)
- Controlar cronogramas, backlog e SLAs
- Realizar interface com clientes, técnicos e áreas internas
- Coordenar agendamentos e execução dos projetos
- Atuar na resolução de impedimentos
- Acompanhar terceiros e garantir qualidade das entregas
- Conduzir múltiplos projetos simultaneamente
Qualifications
- Experiência em projetos de telecom / redes
- Vivência com implantação de clientes B2B
- Controle de prazos, escopo e SLAs
- Perfil hands-on e foco em entrega
