Role Description
This role involves leading a team of talented designers and developers to deliver innovative eCommerce solutions, engaging marketing campaigns, and cohesive branding projects.
- Shopify Projects 🛠️: Oversee and manage designers and developers working on new Shopify projects and ongoing support tasks, ensuring optimal functionality and design excellence.
- WordPress Projects 🌐: Lead teams working on new WordPress websites and ongoing updates or support, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Mid-Funnel Marketing Campaigns 📈: Coordinate email and text marketing initiatives, driving client engagement and campaign success.
- Branding Projects 🎨: Supervise branding efforts, from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and alignment with client goals.
- Project Management 📋: Develop and maintain clear project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Client Communication 🤝: Act as the main point of contact for clients, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for the team.
- Team Collaboration ⚡: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance 🔍: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet or exceed quality standards.
- Industry Awareness 📚: Stay updated with industry trends and apply this knowledge to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing creative and technical teams in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, and marketing tools like email and SMS platforms.
- A strong understanding of branding principles and best practices.
- Exceptional English communication skills for client and team collaboration.
- Keen attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Availability to work West Coast hours while managing teams across different time zones.
- Quick thinker with strong troubleshooting and conflict-resolution skills.
- Adept at working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
