Role Description
The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Global Solutions Project Coordinator will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client. The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position.
- Provide coordination for projects involving Global Trade solutions, through the entire project life cycle.
- Provide project timelines and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize strong project management skills to ensure the quality of the project deliverables, including functional specifications and global trade compliance requirements.
- Build relationships with partners, understand their capabilities, document their offering and process improvement recommendations to improve quality, reduce risk, promote efficiency, and encourage compliance.
- Compile data to provide reporting and visual representation.
- As an integral member of the corporate Global Trade Management team, may perform other duties on a collateral basis, as assigned by the VP of Global Sourcing, Import Compliance, and Logistics.

Requirements
- Education: Associate degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade management, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of relatable business experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- 1+ years using Project Management practices.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail, etc.).
- Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.
