[Hiring] Technical Project Manager @Delta Exchange

Role Description

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive execution for our Backend Engineering team. The role involves:

• Managing Agile processes
• Maintaining project visibility
• Coordinating releases
• Ensuring smooth collaboration between Engineering, Product, QA, and DevOps teams

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Scrum Master, or similar roles
• Strong experience managing software development projects in Agile/Scrum environments
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience managing software releases and delivery processes
• Good understanding of backend systems, APIs, databases, and cloud-based applications
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Requirements

• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
• Own and maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and sprint tracking
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/blockers, and drive timely resolution
• Coordinate release planning, deployment schedules, and stakeholder communication
• Track dependencies across teams and ensure timely delivery of commitments
• Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to leadership
• Drive process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and predictability
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and delivery timelines
