Role Description

We are looking for a technically strong and client-focused Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of AI, Data Science, and software engineering projects for enterprise customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, a good understanding of technical development processes, and proven experience managing enterprise client engagements. This role requires close collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, Product, and customer teams to ensure successful project implementation, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management & Delivery
  • Own end-to-end delivery of technical projects involving AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and software engineering.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify project risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve delivery challenges.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure delivery within agreed timelines and scope.
• Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Gather and understand customer requirements and translate business needs into actionable technical tasks.
  • Lead customer meetings, project reviews, and regular status discussions.
  • Manage customer expectations, address escalations, and ensure effective communication.
  • Coordinate between internal technical teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Technical Coordination & Implementation
  • Work closely with Engineering and Data Science teams to understand technical requirements and implementation challenges.
  • Coordinate technical dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams.
  • Oversee solution implementation, deployment, and customer rollout activities.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to align project deliverables with product capabilities and customer requirements.
  • Ensure smooth handover, implementation readiness, and successful project completion.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of total professional experience, with hands-on experience managing technical, AI, Data Science, or software engineering projects.
• Proven experience in project management and end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong experience working directly with enterprise customers in a client-facing role.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycles, technical workflows, and project implementation processes.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data Science, and Product.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and escalation-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, project timelines, and technical dependencies effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous hands-on experience as a Software Developer or in another technical engineering role.
• Experience managing AI/ML, Data Science, analytics, or enterprise software projects.
• Experience working in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or AI-driven product companies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.
• Experience managing enterprise software implementation and rollout projects.
