[Hiring] Technical Project Manager @Somewhere

Role Description

We are looking for a high-leverage Technical Project Manager to bridge the gap between complex AI automation and business operations. You won't just be moving tickets around in Jira; you will be the "glue" that connects our tech stack—ranging from n8n workflows and Supabase databases to advanced telecommunications APIs like Telnyx and Retell.ai.

• Lead the deployment of automated workflows using n8n.io, ensuring seamless data flow between our CRM (GoHighLevel) and backend databases.
• Maintain and optimize Postgres (Supabase) environments to ensure data integrity for our lead and communication pipelines.
• Leverage tools like Claude Code (Claude Cowork) and Lovable to rapidly prototype, debug, and deploy internal tools and features.
• Manage and troubleshoot our communication stack (Commio, Telnyx, Retell.ai, DropCowboy) to ensure high deliverability and low latency.
• Act as the lead for RPM software implementation, ensuring all project milestones are tracked and met on time.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience with n8n.io, GoHighLevel, and Supabase/Postgres.
• You are an early adopter of AI tools (like Lovable and Claude Code) to speed up development and project tracking.
• You understand the nuances of VoIP, SMS deliverability, and AI voice agents (Retell.ai).
• Experience managing technical projects in a fast-paced environment; you can speak "Dev" and "Business" fluently.
• Full professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
