[Hiring] Technical Program Manager @Domino

Role Description

The Quality and Compliance team at Domino helps teams deliver AI software and solutions with the quality, validation, and supporting evidence that enterprise customers need. We are hiring a Technical Program Manager to own quality and validation readiness across complex programs. You will bring Engineering, Product, forward-deployed engineers, and Customer Success together around clear plans and decisions, and use AI and automation to reduce manual work as our programs grow.

• Drive quality and validation programs from scoping through readiness review, translating requirements into clear deliverables, owners, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate dependencies across Engineering, Product, FDEs, and Customer Success. Resolve blockers and give teams and leadership a clear view of progress, risks, and decisions needed.
• Partner with engineering and quality stakeholders to align test coverage, validation evidence, and exception handling.
• Work with the release owner to incorporate readiness into release planning and decision-making.
• Build repeatable workflows that surface quality and validation needs earlier, prevent recurring issues, and reduce coordination overhead.
• Define and improve measures of readiness, delivery predictability, and manual effort.
• Use AI and automation in everyday program work.
• Provide backup coverage for release managers as needed, coordinating release activities, tracking dependencies, and communicating status to keep releases moving during their absence.
• Operate as a highly flexible and adaptable program manager across Engineering & Security when needed on specific cross-functional initiatives driven and agreed upon by the VP, Quality & Compliance, CISO, and/or Head of Engineering.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–8 years in technical program management or a comparable role, with examples of bringing Engineering, Product, and customer-facing teams together to deliver software or technical solutions.
• A track record of making recurring work more reliable.
• Experience navigating enterprise software delivery.
• Technical fluency and practical automation skills.
• Quality and validation judgment.
• Strong workflow and execution skills.
• Clear communication and customer partnership.
• Proactive ownership.

Requirements

• You can explain how you established ownership, resolved dependencies, and kept delivery moving across teams you did not directly manage.
• You have improved a manual or fragmented process involving testing, validation, release readiness, or customer delivery.
• You have worked through shared platform dependencies, customer-specific requirements, and competing engineering priorities.
• You understand software development, automated testing, APIs, integrations, and release workflows well enough to work through implementation tradeoffs with engineers.
• You can translate requirements into clear acceptance criteria, verification activities, and supporting evidence.
• You can turn a process into actionable Jira requirements, including fields, statuses, dependencies, and reporting.
• You can align internal teams and customer reviewers on deliverables, incorporate feedback, and establish what acceptance requires.
• You address immediate delivery needs while improving the processes behind recurring problems.

Compensation Range

The annual US base salary range for this role is $135,000 — $160,000 USD. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.
