[Hiring] Technical Program Manager @National Debt Relief, LLC.

Role Description

National Debt Relief (NDR) is seeking a Technical Program Manager to bridge business needs and our Data Engineering teams across both NDR and our sister company, Reach Financial. Reporting to the SVP of Data Analytics & AI, you’ll own how work enters, gets prioritized, and moves through Data Engineering.

• Serve as the primary intake point for data requests from stakeholders across NDR and Reach.
• Refine requests into sprint-ready tickets with clear scope, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and business impact.
• Challenge requirements and deadlines constructively.
• Partner with Data Engineering leadership on sprint planning and the quarterly roadmap.
• Keep the Data Engineering roadmap and the underlying Jira epics accurate and current.
• Coordinate deadlines and dependencies between Data Engineering and other departments.
• Bring an enterprise-level perspective to prioritization across both businesses.
• Track delivery commitments and progress against engineering capacity.
• Continuously improve intake and delivery processes.
• Lead and supervise a team, as needed, at the discretion of the business.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in technical project management, program management, or implementation management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong experience with Jira and a roadmap or work management tool such as Monday.com.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, and timelines across multiple teams.
• Experience in a data warehouse environment preferred.
• Familiarity with the modern data stack, such as Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, or Fivetran preferred.
• Agile, Scrum, or project management certification preferred.

Requirements

• Working technical understanding of data pipelines and data warehouse concepts.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Confidence and diplomacy in pushing back on requirements and deadlines.
• Business acumen and the ability to understand the priorities of multiple business units.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative partner to Data Engineering.
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools.
• Ownership mindset and strong organizational skills.
• Experience in financial services or related industries preferred.
