Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead Telecom Delivery and Care programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end telecom project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project schedules, budgets, risks, and ensuring successful execution across multiple stakeholders and vendors.

• Lead Telecom Delivery and Care programs from initiation to completion.
• Create, maintain, and monitor program and project schedules.
• Track project risks, issues, and action items through resolution.
• Coordinate OEM and Telecom laboratory entry and exit activities.
• Coordinate FOA (First Office Application) and production site activities.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and overall program costs.
• Oversee Project Managers assigned to program execution activities.
• Prepare and present project status reports to customers and management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, multicultural, and geographically distributed teams.
• Manage multiple vendors and ensure project dependencies are resolved without impacting delivery schedules.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of Program Management experience in Telecom Delivery and Care programs.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Experience managing telecom project delivery and customer engagements.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
