Role Description

The Global Lease organization is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join a new global team focused on improving the performance of Microsoft’s leased datacenter portfolio. This leader will build and sustain a high-performance culture, develop scalable systems and processes, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders, internal stakeholders, and lessors to deliver measurable business value. The role will drive portfolio-wide strategies and programs that strengthen accountability, transparency, operational maturity, and overall performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end program definition and execution for global lease portfolio performance.
• Partner with engineering, operations, finance, and other stakeholders to design and evolve the architecture, processes, and integrated solutions that support datacenter lease lifecycle management.
• Drive portfolio performance management by defining and monitoring key performance indicators.
• Orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives and roadmaps across global boundaries.
• Lead continuous improvement of tools, workflows, and support processes related to lease portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND experience in engineering, architecture, construction/project management, technology, design, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.

Requirements

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

• Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is €99,800.00 - €172,400.00 per year.
• Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is €77,400.00 - €130,000.00 per year.
• Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across United Kingdom is £93,500.00 - £161,800.00 per year.
• Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across United Kingdom is £74,700.00 - £122,600.00 per year.
• Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Netherlands is €99,800.00 - €166,900.00 per year.
