Role Description
We are looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented Associate Technical Program Manager (ATPM) with focus on AI enablement to join us, and be a part of our growth story.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives, managing multiple program execution.
- Ensure seamless coordination between clients, sales, product, engineering, QA, and external vendors on a need basis.
- Lead cross-functional projects, including program definition, roadmap planning, resource allocation, and execution.
- Work on projects leveraging AI/ML technologies and integrating them into regular work streams.
- Understand, clarify and articulate the requirements to the leads and developers.
- Assist in scoping, schedule preparation, ensuring quality, and deployment excellence across service and product offerings.
- Work closely with clients, sales, tech leaders, developers, QA engineers, product managers, business teams, and external vendors.
- Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and enhance testing and release processes.
- Define and implement quality, release metrics, and process improvements.
- Act as a technical problem solver, resolving project deadlocks and constraints.
- Drive planning of major/minor and maintenance release windows.
- Collect and analyze data to track project performance and make informed business decisions.
- Maintain structured documentation and provide regular program updates to leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing technical projects, driving cross-functional collaboration, and implementing release strategies.
- Build good rapport with existing clients and prospects leading to new opportunities discovery, conversion, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Experience or familiarity with AI-driven solutions and automation tools.
- Ability to understand and work with SMEs on frontend, backend, cloud, and infrastructure technologies.
- Experience managing Agile methodologies and conducting daily standups.
- Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and optimize workflows.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities, operate independently, and swiftly.
- Ensure all accounts and project related details are up-to-date and documented.
Requirements
- 2+ years in an ATPM / TPM role handling large-scale programs (Nice-to-Have).
- Experience with Python, Selenium, or user-level automation (Nice-to-Have).
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure and AI/ML model deployment (Nice-to-Have).
