Role Description

We are currently looking for a candidate to boost our group developing algorithms for future ADAS solutions. Join us now and become a manager of a team currently focusing on innovative solutions.

  • Managing multiple scrum teams
  • Guiding teams and planning resources in collaboration with Product Owners
  • Attracting and recruiting top-notch algorithm developers
  • Building a high performing team with technical excellence and can-do mindset
  • Coaching and guiding team with your technical expertise
  • Strong focus on developing your team
  • Being part of departmental leadership team
  • Giving input to department’s resource estimations and technical roadmap

Qualifications

  • University degree in Control Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or equivalent qualification
  • Solid people management experience in related areas
  • Exhibiting professional interest in people management, with particular focus on employee recruitment, coaching & development
  • Solid software or algorithm development experience
  • Having a strong agile mindset
  • Strong team player and people empowerment skills
  • Excellent communication, teamwork & social skills
  • Fluent in English written and verbally
